Do I need a level area?

Yes, we recommend a flat level area upon which the play equipment will sit in order to maintain maximum stability.

What kind of surface should I have under and around my kit?

Soft surfaces, laid after installation, are ideal under your swing set. Never place your swing set over hard surfaces like concrete or packed earth where injury could result in the event of a fall.

What features should I look for when selecting a swing set for my family?

First and fore most, the swing sets frame work needs to be sturdy .Corner posts should be at least 4"x 4"s and swings should be hung off at 4"x6".You should also consider the space you have available in your garden .A swing set should also offer challenges that allow for your children s growth and development for years to come. Outdoor play promotes the physical, imaginative, social and cognitive development of your children.

Can I pick up my goods?

It is not possible to pick up goods as our stock is stored of our premises.

How will my goods be delivered?

You will be contacted prior to delivery by us. You will be aware our products will take between 5 to 25 working days to deliver. If the supplier needs to be contacted on your behalf, our team will do that also.

What sort of warranty do you offer?

We offer a 3 year warranty on structural components against, wood rot and termite damage, and to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions.

Cosmetic defects that do no effect the structural integrity of the product, or natural defects of wood such as warping, splitting, checking, shrinkage, twisting, swelling or any other physical properties of wood that do not represent a safety hazard are not covered by this warranty.
